Treatment in NW Portland Neck Pain

Gentle, effective care to restore movement and relieve pain.

What is Neck Pain?

Neck pain can make it hard to turn your head, sleep comfortably, or focus during the day. Whether it came on suddenly or built up over time, neck discomfort is a common issue caused by poor posture, stress, injuries, or muscular imbalances.

We understand—it’s exhausting.

Pain in the neck affects more than just your neck. It can cause headaches, shoulder tension, and even tingling in the arms. We help people find long-term relief by addressing the root of the issue, not just the pain.

Our Approach: Restore movement, reduce tension, relieve pain.

We begin with a detailed evaluation to understand how your neck moves and where restrictions or irritation are coming from. From there, we tailor a plan using chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehab to restore normal function and reduce pain.

Our Neck Pain Treatment Includes:

  • Chiropractic Adjustments (Motion Palpation-based, precise and comfortable)
  • Soft Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release
  • Graston Technique/IASTM
  • Rehab Exercises for Posture and Stability
  • Class IV Laser Therapy
  • Kinesiotaping

Recurring neck pain is often related to ongoing stress on the area from daily habits, movement patterns, posture, or muscle tension. While symptoms may improve temporarily, addressing contributing factors can help support longer-term improvement and reduce reoccurring discomfort.
