Treatment in NW Portland Scoliosis
Personalized support for a spine that moves and feels better. What is Scoliosis?
Scoliosis is an abnormal sideways curve of the spine, often diagnosed during adolescence but also found in adults. It can lead to pain, muscle imbalances, stiffness, or postural challenges—but with proper management, many people stay active and feel great.
We help people with scoliosis live and move well.
Whether you’re managing discomfort or just want to stay ahead of curve progression, we meet you where you’re at. Our goal isn’t to “fix” your curve—it’s to help your body function optimally with it.
Our Process: Assess, adapt, and strengthen.
We evaluate spinal mobility, posture, and muscle balance to create a care plan that relieves tension and supports alignment. Treatment includes gentle adjustments, strengthening, and movement strategies designed for your unique spine.
Our Scoliosis Treatment Includes:
- Gentle Chiropractic Adjustments (Motion Palpation-based)
- Postural Strengthening and Rehab Exercises
- Myofascial Release and Soft Tissue Therapy
- Graston/IASTM for Muscle Balance
- Laser Therapy (for areas of tension or inflammation)
- Ongoing Mobility and Functional Training
